Steve Davies is a seasoned flooring industry expert and currently serves as the National Training Manager for Uzin UTZ UK, where he leads strategic training, upskilling, and technical education initiatives across the the company’s operations in the UK.
With more than two decades of experience in the flooring and surface preparation sectors, Steve has built a reputation for delivering hands-on, practical training that bridges theory with real-world application. Prior to his current role, he served as Head of UK Training at ARDEX Group, and earlier as a tutor and assessor in floor covering and installation, cultivating his passion for sharing knowledge within the trade
