I am UK and Ireland sales director for EGGER UK building and flooring divisions, responsible for our advance flooring systems and OSB products sold within the UK and Ireland housebuilding, timber frame and timber engineering sectors. Alongside that our flooring products are sold through distribution and DIY sales channels.
I am an experienced Sales Director with a history of working in the housebuilding and flooring sector in the UK as well as previous experience working within the flooring industry in North America in both distribution and diy channels.
Previous experience includes managing a sales team within the flooring sector in the UK and business development in kitchen manufacturing industry. My experience includes flooring distribution, DIY clients, social housing, national and regional house builders. I have good interpersonal skills as well as experience in team management, motivation and retention.
I have been responsible for all aspects with sales management from prospecting, account management, delivering new business, client relationships up to CEO/MD level, forecasting and marketing (plus much more!)
